Candidate Rory Nevin’s introductory speech on Nov. 29, one of the shortest speeches heard yesterday, was inspirational and established the broad focus of his campaign on the opportunities of globalization and the technological age.

The ideal being simplistic yet grandiose, Nevins promised to lead the American people into an optimistic future.

“The world of tomorrow will be great, if we are willing to accept the changes it brings,” Nevins said. “I aim to guide America toward policies that will accelerate the wonderful future that is coming, and away from those that will hinder it.”
